Be warned; it is time the US government bombed the Wuhan labs making fentanyl, bomb them! Will dry up the Southern border problem.

Xylazine is a sedative and not an opioid, and so it resists standard opioid overdose reversal treatments. This is a dangerous situation if overdose treatments are DOA.
