Autophagy, fasting (intermittent, 'eat' 'fast' windows), & mRNA technology (Malone, Kariko, Weissman et al.) based COVID injection? How are these three (3) linked & can FASTING mitigate spike protein?
by Paul Alexander
Nascent emerging evidence suggests yes! Along with spike DETOXIFYING nutraceuticals with NATTOKINASE etc., FASTING (promotes autophagy) & may hold answers & provide some needed support
The spike protein, notably the S1 segment, is likely a pathogenetic factor leading to both long COVID and post-vaccination syndrome. Multiple intersecting and overlapping pathophysiologic processes contribute to the vast spectrum of pathology caused by spike-protein, including inflammation, clotting (fibrin-amyloid clots), autoantibodies, mitochondrial dysfunction, and endothelialitis. This is a novel pathology and requires the development of treatment protocols to meet this pressing need. Autophagy is a promising technique to remove foreign proteins and restore cellular function, as well as restoring cellular energy production.
Can autophagy promote cancer cell death, including apoptosis, autophagy and pyroptosis? This needs to be studied immediately!!
When we talk about autophagy (or ‘self-eating’ or your body’s cellular cleaning process and for our purposes, the degradation and removal of spike protein from the virus as well as the COVID vaccine itself) we are talking about ways to drive autophagy (breaks down cells and pathogens) and ‘fasting’ (intermittent 12-24 hours and prolonged at least 36 hours, but talk to your doctor first especially if insulin dependent or menstruating, hypoglycemics or on some medications) is one such key process. Autophagy (due to fasting) can clean debris from cells. It also reduces auto-immune conditions. Autophagy appears to really kick in at about 16 to 18 hours of fasting and it is really ‘self-eating’.
It is not a fast from water, it is a fast from food, you must drink water across the three days and you must add minerals to that water.
Dr. Sten Ekberg (olympic athlete) on fasting:
Fasting for 12 hours:
‘Vaccine Injury Treatment - Fasting for 48-72 hours creates autophagy - the body's detox process that kills COVID-19 vaccine spike protein damaged cells and reboots the immune system’ (Makis stack below Dr. Sten Ekberg)
Autophagy (cellular self-eating) has a long and broad history in medicine as well as spiritual practice, its use in medicine, pending validation, is sure to increase, given its therapeutic potential. Modifiable lifestyle factors as well as pharmacological factors can upregulate autophagy.’
Autophagy or self-eating is a conserved catabolic pathway that exists in all eukaryotic organisms. This process is responsible for the degradation of various cytoplasmic components including long-lived or misfolded proteins, dysfunctional organelles, and intracellular infectious pathogens.’
‘Autophagy in mammals proceeds through a series of steps, whereby abnormal proteins are marked for degradation, and an autophagosome forms around the cell contents marked for degradation. Then, a lysosome fuses to the autophagosome, and the cellular contents of the lysosome break down the contents of the autophagosome. This can be induced towards the degradation of specific cell components or towards the degradation of general cytoplasmic contents.’
Autophagy is a self-degradative process that is important for balancing sources of energy at critical times in development and in response to nutrient stress. Autophagy also plays a housekeeping role in removing misfolded or aggregated proteins, clearing damaged organelles, such as mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisomes, as well as eliminating intracellular pathogens. Thus, autophagy is generally thought of as a survival mechanism, although its deregulation has been linked to non-apoptotic cell death.’
The evidence is building showing the potential and real benefits of fasting (short and longer term with longer term prolonged fasting being critical with more accrued benefits) as it promotes autophagy and thus the role it can have in ridding and detoxifying your body of the spike protein from the virus itself as well as the mRNA technology COVID gene injection.
‘In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, a need has arisen to prevent and treat two related conditions, COVID-19 vaccine injury and long COVID-19, both of which can trace at least part of their aetiology to the spike protein, which can cause harm through several mechanisms. One significant mechanism of harm is vascular, and it is mediated by the spike protein, a common element of the COVID-19 illness, and it is related to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.’
‘Routine periodic fasting was associated with a lower risk of hospitalisation or mortality in patients with COVID-19.’
‘Several studies of dawn to sunset fasting showed anti-inflammatory effect by suppressing several pro-inflammatory cytokines, reducing oxidative stress, inducing a proteome response associated with increased autophagy, remodeling the gut microbiome, and improving the components of metabolic syndrome (e.g., obesity, blood glucose levels, blood pressure, lipids).’
Makis’s summary on spike protein damage (taken from substack below):
COVID-19 Spike protein damage:
‘Spike protein creates blood clots, damages blood vessel walls and causes inflammation
Spike protein damages mitochondria (causes decreased energy production, accumulation of reactive oxygen species)
Spike protein blocks damaged mitochondria from being cleared by the body
Spike protein creates aggregates of abnormal proteins
spike protein fragments can produce amyloid proteins (click here)
spike protein destroys gut microbiome (click here)
spike protein causes severe immune system dysfunction, which can lead to autoimmune diseases and cancer (click here)’
‘There are two main categories of fasting:
prolonged fasting (lasting for at least 36 hours)
intermittent fasting (shorter fasting periods of 12 to 24 hours)
There are several goals of prolonged fasting:
remove as much spike protein from the body as possible via autophagy of cells that express the spike protein
remove spike protein aggregates, amyloid proteins, prions, other abnormal or misfolded proteins that can cause disease
reboot the immune system and produce new immune cells
improve gut microbiome
improve mitochondrial health and function, create new mitochondria
stimulate stem cell production’
Dr. Makis also has put out a very good stack:
