Biden administration, US government has allowed China to open POLICE stations in United States soil? In New York? Why? Is this legal? "China has opened police stations in US and Canada"

I could see Trudeau the socialist communist doing this to Canadians, but it is shocking as to the US and this must be verified. This is a significant move and IMO very very wrong on many levels!
