Ivermectin is a zinc ionophore and so IVM needs to be taken WITH zinc (escorts zinc ions into the cell cytoplasm); we have always stated use MULTI-DRUG sequenced COMBINED TREATMENTS, not ONE (1)

Methods show that it is used as one drug in the study and this is wrong. This study was designed to fail as have others, with the wrong dose, at the wrong point in time, not in combination etc. Early treatment is combined poly-drugs, multi-drugs, sequenced, and we have never stated to use a single drug. Need to know if patients in the placebo group took any drugs OTC etc. to wipe put the effect of treatment.
