Never forget we had the data early on and the lockdowns and lunacy was to stop near immediately but the power-drunk inept, and I argue malfeasant public health officials and decision-makers would not stop. They hardened the lockdowns and extended them and failed to consider the steep age-risk gradient and that COVID was purely amenable to risk stratification. That your baseline risk was prognostic on your outcome in terms of severity and death. Never forget this. The lunatics just chose to disregard all the science and data we had existing and which had accumulated.
