Part 1 of this ongoing phase 2–3 trial was open label for dose selection; part 2 was an observer-blinded, placebo-controlled evaluation of the selected dose.

What we see in the appendix is that for the unsolicited adverse effects, the Moderna vaccine induces far more effects and the effects do not accumulate by higher dose. It occurs regardless of dose and even at the lower dosing.
