Monkeypox: black males versus white males: seems black & Hispanic males in US more infected than white males in Europe, both infected but differentially; why? is it a social differential? biology?

In US, 14 per 100,000 black males vs 3 per 100,000 white males, why? It does not track with the underlying demographics but in UK, it tracks with the demographics e.g. 70% in white males in UK; why?

Still an infection of men-who-have-sex with men (MSM).
