OMICRON vaccine clusterf**k; how could they now justify an OMI vaccine when "an Omicron boost may not provide greater immunity or protection compared to a boost with the current mRNA-1273 vaccine

by Paul Alexander

What are these idiots doing? They are driving variants by vaccinating into the pandemic using a sub-optimal non-sterilizing vaccine with ongoing infectious pressure; now failed OMI vaccine

The staggering statement is:

“an Omicron boost may not provide greater immunity or protection compared to a boost with the current mRNA-1273 vaccine.”

So the omicron vaccine, the omicron booster for omicron, did not work as well as a booster (3rd shot) with the existing Moderna that does NOT hit OMI, in other words is resistant to it….do you get that insanity? The existing Moderna does not even hit OMI…this would not be so funny if it were not so scary.

This is what happens when you underestimate the impact of the mounting non-sterilizing immune pressure on the evolutionary capacity of the virus to adapt and evolve, and as such the subsequent role of natural immunity in selecting for more ‘infectious fitter variants’ that could overcome the sub-optimal mounting immune pressure. This will continue on and on if we do not stop the vaccine program NOW! Again, this is an animal model but we have to infer and extrapolate.

I could not make this up and this is not even a movie, it is a scary movie and you may say “well Paul, its an animal model so don’t call home just yet’….I would say, no you are wrong, for I and Geert and others have already warned, if you brought an OMI-spike specific vaccine, you will create more variants and harms to humanity and we are seeing it now in the animal model; it does not work and it is such a failure that even a non-OMI spike vaccine confers more protection…as incredible as that may sound…

This pre-print is based on an animal model

Abstract

SARS-CoV-2 Omicron is highly transmissible and has substantial resistance to antibody neutralization following immunization with ancestral spike-matched vaccines. It is unclear whether boosting with Omicron-specific vaccines would enhance immunity and protection. Here, nonhuman primates that received mRNA-1273 at weeks 0 and 4 were boosted at week 41 with mRNA-1273 or mRNA-Omicron. Neutralizing antibody titers against D614G were 4760 and 270 reciprocal ID50 at week 6 (peak) and week 41 (pre-boost), respectively, and 320 and 110 for Omicron. Two weeks after boost, titers against D614G and Omicron increased to 5360 and 2980, respectively, for mRNA-1273 and 2670 and 1930 for mRNA-Omicron. Following either boost, 70-80% of spike-specific B cells were cross-reactive against both WA1 and Omicron. Significant and equivalent control of virus replication in lower airways was observed following either boost. Therefore, an Omicron boost may not provide greater immunity or protection compared to a boost with the current mRNA-1273 vaccine.
