Rise in infections in US, UK, globally has ZERO to do with the type of variant (Delta vs omicron vs anything else); has do with the immune system working wrong and thus allowing respiratory infection

by Paul Alexander

Because the initial exposure was to vaccine and a non-sterilizing one, but that too is not the issue, the issue is the immune system gets biased toward the vaccine 'antibody' response

The OMICRON is like a mild cold…based on all the global data today…no surprises and the vaccine does not work against it…

we have been arguing that this looks like AMVE and it really is an immune system that was primed with vaccine initially and it responded with antibodies systemically…but it needs cytotoxic natural killer cells in the local site of infection (respiratory tract) when you are exposed in the wild which you will be…if those are not deployed to the local respiratory site of infection which is where the infection begins, then the infection will build up and given we are in a pandemic with pathogen all around, we will be exposed repeatedly…this will cause more distorted incorrect immune responding with antibodies when we need NK cells in the local site of infection (upper respiratory tract to start and respiratory tract)…remember it is not antibodies that clears out a site of infection, it is the cytotoxic cells…antibodies prevent dissemination…and it does a good job but in this case its the wrong soldiers at the wrong place (systemically when you need a response locally)…

so you get exposed after vaccine and your immune system is primed with that systemic response (I have now argued it is not original antigenic but mortal antigenic sin) and this contributes to the vaccinated person becoming more infected with their lungs getting sicker and sicker (inflammatory cytokine response etc.) and they get sick and can transmit massive loads to the unvaccinated…

I am no virologist or immunologist, I am only trying to make sense of the encroaching disaster with these vaccines based on the UK and Israel and other nation data.
