If I am reading Article II section II correctly, POTUS can make treaties and thus Biden could, if he gets all the democrat senators and RINO republican senators to join, say 17 or 18 more???
If the sell-out RINOs in the republican party join with the democrat senators, then this is potentially possible unless I read article 2 section 2 wrong. If this happens, then we may be in trouble. This is why the mid terms are crucial and who the next POTUS is.
