I have a residence/live in Buffalo near TOPS shooting; this is devastating and incomprehensible, innocent people died, news says it's a racist targeted attack. Is it? This is frightening to my family

So much one wants to say but it is so early, we need answers and I will not comment further as we struggle to understand the loss of lives and mourn with the families. Buffalo people are among best.
